Eleiko Sport Training Bar is a high quality strength training bar. To provide flexibility and durabilityIt it is made from a special formulation of Swedish steel. Firm, but not sharp, knurling is provided for perfect grip. Eight needle bearings are mounted within the 50 mm sleeves to give good rotation in order to prevent arm and wrist injuries.

MAINTAINING YOUR ELEIKO BAR
Do not leave the Eleiko Bar loaded with weights on a rack. Clean the knurling on a regular basis, use the provided brush. Sharp edges can damage the chrome.
